1)
200yd warm-up
50yd x 4 kickboard with 20s rest
25yd x 4 Free-style building (getting gradually faster as you swim) with 40s rest
2)Do the following TWICE:
200 yds of pull buoy with 30s rest
100 yds of backstroke with 20s rest
100 yds of breast stroke with 20s rest
2 x 50 Free style (fast) @ an interval of 1:15
3) I still had some time left before they would kick me out of the pool so I did the following afterwards:
200 back stroke
200 breast stroke
